The USH 41 MEGA freeway capacity expansion project was a 3 mile long high complexity project for the Wisconsin DOT.  Work consisted of causeway grading, structures, HMA pavement, and concrete pavement.  JT supplied support staff to Kapur and Associates for the duration of construction.
